I am dedicated to you & your birth experience

I believe birth is one of the most important events in a woman's life. Based in Pottsville, I am able to support women all over the Northern Rivers including Tweed, Murwillumbah, Byron Bay  & Lismore. I also offer full DOULA support to women on the Gold Coast.

Birth is powerful and our experience of birth will impact us for the rest of our lives. I believe in a woman's innate ability to birth her baby & I am passionate about connecting women with their inner birthing wisdom. Think of me as someone who is completely invested in you & your birth experience. I will promise to be there for you, believe in you & do everything I can to support you, keep you informed & make your birth the birth you dreamed of.

I have supported women with VBACs, birth after traumatic births, first time Mums & second, third time Mum's looking for a better experience this time. I love to support woman through hospital births & births at home. 

As a certified hypnobirthing practitioner, I can support you in a positive birthing experience so that you can approach your birth with confidence, calmness, and control. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I guide clients through evidence-based techniques, visualisations, and relaxation methods to release fear, manage pain, and enhance their overall birth experience. 

I have come to this work through my own journey of traumatic birth, birth after trauma, home births, hospital births, accidental home births, child loss, grief, 11 years of breastfeeding, tandem feeding. I bring with me a rich range of experiences and deep healing that I share with you through my work.  I am a mum of four & I have three of my children here with me.  We lost our oldest son 11 years ago after a brave fight with congenital heart disease. 

Brett  & I have been married 17 years & we love raising our little family in our small coastal town in paradise.

I am here for it all: the vulnerable, the messy, the raw, the imperfect & all the joy that exists in the in-between. 

My deep belief is that no matter what birth you chose or what your journey to birth may be, all women deserve to birth in love.
