I'll offer emotional reassurance, reducing stress and anxiety, and boosting your confidence as a new mother. Practically, I'll assist with household chores, meal preparation, and childcare, allowing you to rest, recover, and bond with your baby. THe whole post partum package
I offer a range of services that I can tailor to work for you & support you in the best way possible.
nurtured care
Included in the whole post partum package is :
- Post partum planning meeting, where we map out your postpartum, your village & decide on your meal preferences.
- 4 visits from me at your home, each visit to be 1.5 - 2 hours depending on your needs.
- With each visit, I will bring a simple nourishing home-cooked meal & snacks. As selected from my menu.
- Warming herbal teas
- Gentle birth debrief
- Foot soak & foot massage
- Gentel essential oils to help you feel grounded & centred
- Relaxing head massage
- Guided relaxations & yoga nidra (sleep yoga)
- Light housework, laundry folding, and collecting groceries.
- Looking after your baby while you take a shower or sleep.
- Accompanying you to appointments.
- Referral to lactation consultants if needed.
